EXPLANATIONS:
Within the scope of our Bank's Euro Medium Term Note Programme ("EMTN") without public
offering for the issuance of debt instruments outside of Turkey, with an aggregate amount of USD
600,000,000.- (six hundred million USD) and/or its equivalent in other currencies, the Capital Markets Board has approved the issuance documents regarding the third issuance under EMTN Programme amounting to 5,000,000.- USD.
