Due to the change of shareholder Ukrsotsbank announced changes in the management board. Thus, the bank released from duties the deputy chairman Mauro Maschio, members of the board Giacomo Volpi and Pavel Haskovec.

In addition to the current members of the management board Andrii Meshcheriakov, new members Serhii Yermakov, Artur Atanov and Rostyslav Matiash were appointed. Tamara Savoshchenko remains the head of management board.

Artur Atanov joined Ukrsotsbank in May 2016 as a head of retail business centre. Before the new appointment Rostyslav Matiash worked as a director of legal services at Alfa-Bank Ukraine. Serhii Yermakov was acting as CFO at Alfa-Bank Ukraine.
