5.Cause of occurrence:
Unimicron Technology (Kunshan) Corp. and
UNIMICRON-FPC TECHNOLOGY(KUNSHAN) INCcooperate with the local government in
the prevention and control of the COVID-19, suspend production from 4/21
until 4/27, both companies can be gradually resumed production in closed loop
from 4/28.

The Company and its subsidiaries will monitor the pandemic development
closely, and cooperates with local government regulations to take
contingency measures to ensure the safety and health of employees.
