United Engineers Limited Announces the Cessation the Chew Leng Seng to be Director as Well as the Chairman of the Nominating Committee and Member of the Executive Committee

United Engineers Limited announced that Mr. Chew Leng Seng, an Independent and Non-Executive Director of the Company, that due to health reasons, he will not be seeking re-appointment as a Director of the Company at the forthcoming Annual General Meeting of the Company, to be held on April 29, 2016. Mr. Chew will cease to be a Director of the Company as well as the chairman of the Nominating Committee and a member of the Executive Committee on April 29, 2016, the date of the AGM.
