Outcome of UP's 98th Annual General Meeting

United Plantations Berhad (UP) wishes to announce that all 14 ordinary resolutions as set out in the Notice of UP's 98th Annual General Meeting (AGM) dated 25th February 2019 were approved by shareholders at UP's 98th AGM held today, Tuesday, 23rd April 2019. The voting on the 14 resolutions were carried out by way of a poll, and the results of the poll were validated by Malaysian Issuing House Sdn Bhd, as the Independent Scrutineer appointed by UP.

The details of the results of the poll are as set out in the attachment.
