On December 20, 2022, Mark Kornfilt, President of Vimeo, Inc. (the Company") notified the Company of his intention to resign as President of the Company effective as of March 31, 2023, to pursue other non-competitive
opportunities. Following his departure as President, Mr. Kornfilt is expected to continue to serve the Company in a non-employee capacity as advisor to the Company's Board of Directors.
