VSMPO AVISMA : Signs up to US$400 Million 5-year Club Loan

Verkhnaya Salda, April 27, 2021 - VSMPO-AVISMA Corporation (VSMPO, the Company), one of the world's largest titanium producers, has signed the English law-governed unsecured Club Term Loan Facility amounting up to US$400 million with a number of international banks.

The deal enjoyed a sizeable oversubscription and marked a new relationship level with the Company's core partner banks. The interest rate is LIBOR plus 165 bps with a 5 year loan maturity. The loan will be used for refinancing of VSMPO's existing loans and general corporate purposes.

Mandated Lead Arrangers and Bookrunners are Crédit Agricole Corporate and Investment Bank, Banca Intesa, Intesa Sanpaolo Bank Luxembourg S.A., UniCredit, joined by Societe Generale as Mandated Lead Arranger and Bank Zenit, Bank ICBC (JSC) as Lead Arrangers. ING Bank N.V. acted as Facility Agent. UniCredit - as Documentation Agent.
