Rosh Ha'ayin, October 22nd, 2009 - WizCom Technologies Ltd.
("WizCom") (Prime Standard: WZM, IL 0010830706) informs today that
the Company has signed an OEM agreement with USAGC, worth
approximately USD 1.0 million for the financial year 2010. Under the
agreement, USAGC guarantees to purchase a minimum of 1,500
translation pens each quarter for the coming year. USAGC will sell
WizCom's translation pens under its own brand name to its worldwide
customer base.

USAGC with its online presence at www.usaGC.org delivers non-American
residents information on the latest US immigration Laws and
regulations, as well as services to and support for the US Green Card
Lottery Program. The private company, which is not affiliated with
any official US government entity or agency, started its web based
service to provide an online registration for the US Green Card
Lottery Program back in 2003 and is now having over 20 million unique
visitors per month. The Green Card Lottery is an official immigration
program of the US Government that offers annually 50,000 people and
their families an opportunity to live, work and study legally in the
USA. For the year 2009, the immigration program counted over 9
million applicants.

USAGC identified in WizCom's translation tools a strong offering that
can address a sizeable market where people's ability to communicate
accurately in what for them is their second language, is extremely
important.
