Zhengzhou Yutong Group Co.,Ltd made a tender offer to acquire additional 58.279167% majority stake in Yutong Bus Co.,Ltd. (SHSE:600066) from Deutsche Bank Aktiengesellschaft, Shanghai Ever Bright Investment Management Co., Ltd. and others for CNY 10.2 billion on February 6, 2023. Under the terms, Zhengzhou Yutong will acquire 1290.26 million shares of Yutong Bus Co. at a price of CNY 7.89 per share.

The tender offer period is 30 days, from March 16, 2023 to April 14, 2023. Tender offer has been approved by Yutong Group's shareholders. Huatai United Securities Co.

ltd acted as financial advisor and Commerce & Finance Law Offices acted as legal advisor to Zhengzhou Yutong Group.
