Abbott Laboratories Limited informed Pakistan Stock Exchange that annual general meeting of the company is scheduled to be held on April 20, 2020 at Karachi.

The agenda of the meeting will to receive and adopt the audited Financial Statements, together with the Director Report, the Auditors Reports and the Chairman Review Report thereon for the financial year ended December 31, 2019, to approve cash dividend of Rs. 7.500 per share (i.e. 75%) for the financial year ended December 31, 2019, to appoint the Auditors of the Company for the period ending in date of the Next Annual General Meeting, and to authorize the Directors to fix their remuneration and to elect seven directors as fixed by the Board in the meeting held on March 02, 2020 for a term of 3 years commencing on April 20, 2020.

Further, the closed period of the company is from April 11, 2020 to April 19, 2020 (both days inclusive).
