Access Intelligence Plc (AIM: ACC), a leading supplier of Software-as-a-Service ('SaaS') solutions for communications and reputation management, announces that following the share consolidation and the issue and admission to trading on AIM of 14,320,000 new ordinary shares in connection with the Placing announced on 10 October 2018, the directors' interests in ordinary shares in the Company are set out below:
