ACTIA : ARDIA rewarded by the Tunisian Ministry of Industry

ARDIA (ACTIA Group-Toulouse) is pleased to inform you that our company has won 1st prize in the National Competition for Quality and Operational Excellence 2018. This prestigious award is presented every year by the Tunisian Ministry of Industry and SMEs to companies operating in the sector of industry and related services.

This prize is awarded after a series of assessment audits according to the EFQM Excellence Model (European model based on 9 criteria: Leadership, Strategy, Human Resources, Partnerships and Resources, Product and Service Processes, Customer Results, Employee Achievement, Societal Outcomes and Business Results).

The competition not only rewards the company's financial performance and innovation efforts but also its approach to responsible management and developing human resources, which according to Mr Jean-Louis Pech, Chairman of the Executive Board of ACTIA Group, 'are creative, enterprising and well qualified in Tunisia'.

'We are deeply honoured by this award, which reflects the level of expertise and technical expertise our company has achieved. It comes in recognition of a human adventure which began in 2005 with five engineers and which will continue like our older sister company, CIPI ACTIA, also based in Tunis, which celebrated its 40th anniversary last year', said Mr Hassouna Fatnassi, CEO and Founder of ARDIA.
