(the "Company") has today announced Eyal Merdler is joining the Company as its new Chief Financial Officer (CFO), effective October 1, 2019. Eyal joins ADO Properties from ADO Group, from where he will be resigning as CFO effective September 30, 2019. He brings with him an extensive background in corporate finance, treasury, financial planning and analysis, tax, investor relations, strategic planning and risk management along with a deep appreciation for ADO Properties and its focus on the Berlin real estate market. Having served in various managerial and senior executive positions in a number of listed companies, most recently as the CFO of ADO Group, Eyal is an experienced and accomplished high-level executive with extensive experience in the real estate sector. He will succeed Florian Goldgruber as ADO Properties' CFO.
