Advanced Digital Broadcast Holdings SA (SIX: ADBN) today announced that its Board of Directors had appointed a new Chief Executive Officer for the ADB Group, Mr. Peter Balchin. He will start in his new role on 1st July, 2013.
Mr. Andrew Rybicki, the Group Chairman and CEO, stated: "We are extremely pleased to have Peter joining us. He brings along an impeccable track record of success, a wealth of operating management experience and industry knowledge, having previously worked for companies such as Altech, Pace, Novatel and Nortel Networks. Simultaneously, Mr. Andrew Rybicki will be assuming his duties solely as Group Chairman, concentrating on corporate development and strategic projects.
