Advantech, a provider of IoT intelligence systems and embedded platforms, will launch its UTK-932 Outdoor Self-Service Kiosk next week at the 2020 National Retail Federation trade show in New York City. It is a customizable outdoor kiosk with design-to-order services, according to a press release, and features a 32-inch touch panel, chassis and flat enclosure design to ease use by sedan and SUV drivers, as well as customers on foot.

The UTK-932 is powered by Android or Windows box PC and is equipped with a card-reader, scanner and NFC-reader to support different forms of non-cash payments.

"In today's highly competitive QSR market, it's imperative that brands leverage the latest tech solutions to meet customer demands for more convenience and better customer service," Josh Knapp, retail and QSR key account manager of Advantech, said in the press release. "The UTK-932 is designed to provide a simplified order experience, while also being easily adaptable to a wide range of applications — it's the ideal solution for a variety of customer needs."
