AEGEK SA, also known as AEGEK General Construction and Maritime Tourist Agricultural and Forestry Enterprises SA, is a Greece-based company engaged in the construction sector. The Company operates in three segments: concessions, real estate development and the provision of advisory, supporting and technical services in project management issues. Its range of activities includes the construction of dams, tunnels, hydroelectric and thermal power stations, large underground structures, transportation works, irrigation projects, building works and works for the management of water resources. The Company's affiliated companies are Dirki SA, Elafonissos SA, Aegek Construction SA, Ergonis SA, Smyrni Park SA, Polis Park SA, Athens Parking Stations SA, Alfin SA, Etepal SA, Management of Fuel Facilities SA, Aegean Motorway SA, Metropolitan Athens Park SA and Salonica Park SA. In November 2013, it fully divested EKTER SA.
