Item 7.01 Regulation FD Disclosure

On November 21, 2019, AES issued a press release related to an order from the Public Utilities Commission of Ohio ("PUCO") adversely affecting the electric security plan of The Dayton Power and Light Company ("DP&L"), the principal subsidiary of DPL Inc. ("DPL" and, together with DP&L, the "Subsidiaries"). A copy of the press release is being furnished as Exhibit 99.1 attached hereto and is incorporated by reference herein. Additional information about the PUCO order is included in the Form 8-K, dated November 21, 2019, filed by DPL and DP&L, with the Securities and Exchange Commission. A copy of the DPL & DP&L Form 8-K is being furnished as Exhibit 99.2 attached hereto and is incorporated by reference herein.
