Airports of Thailand Public Company Limited (AOT) held the Board of Directors Meeting No. 15/2019 on Monday, 23 December 2019 at AOT Board of Directors Meeting Room, 7th Floor, AOT Head Office Building. The Board of Directors has passed the resolution to appoint AOT directors to be members of subcommittees according to the AOT Articles of Association

as follows:

1. Appoint Air Chief Marshal Bhanupong Seyayongka to be a Chairman of the Corporate Governance Committee in replacement of Air Marshal Prakit Skunasingha, effective from

23 December 2019 onwards. The composition of the Corporate Governance Committee is as follows:

(1)	Air Chief Marshal Bhanupong Seyayongka	Chairman (Independent Director)
(2)	Mr. Thanin Pa-Em	Member (Independent Director)
(3)	Mr. Wara Tongprasin	Member (Independent Director)
(4)	President	Member and Secretary

2. Appoint Mr. Thanin Pa-Em to be a Chairman of the Risk Management Committee, in replacement of Squadron Leader Prajak Sajjasophon, and Mr. Krit Sesavej to be another member of the Risk Management Committee, effective from 23 December 2019 onwards. The composition of the Risk Management Committee is as follows:

(1)	Mr. Thanin Pa-Em	Chairman (Independent Director)
(2)	Mr. Manas Jamveha	Member (Independent Director)
(3)	Mr. Krit Sesavej	Member (Independent Director)
(4)	President	Member and Secretary
