The Company is active through its subsidiaries: AL Kout Logistics and Transport Co WLL, which provides transportation services; Al Kout Petrochemical Products Co WLL, which is engaged in the blending of chemical products; AL Kout Industrial Projects Holding Co SPC, which is engaged in investment activities, as well as Safewater Chemicals LLC.
