The Company has two reportable segments which includes Investment management segment which is responsible for investing surplus funds in portfolios to maximize returns, incorporate or acquire subsidiaries expand the Group’s operations, and to maintain an adequate capital base to sustain future development of the business; Drilling and maintenance segment which is engaged in support activities to drilling of oil wells and related maintenance. The Company through its subsidiaries supports activities to oil wells drilling and related maintenance, maintenance of oil wells’ facilities and oil refineries, well testing services for oil and gas sector, general trading and contracting services, wireline services, etc.
