ALAMO GROUP INC. DECLARES REGULAR QUARTERLY DIVIDEND
SEGUIN, Texas, July 2, 2018 -- Alamo Group Inc. (NYSE: ALG) announced today that its Board of Directors has declared its quarterly cash dividend of $0.11 per share, payable July 27, 2018, to shareholders of record at the close of business on July 16, 2018

Alamo Group Inc. is engaged in designing, manufacturing, distributing and providing services of equipment for vegetation management, infrastructure maintenance and other applications. The Company operates through two segments: Vegetation Management Division and Industrial Equipment Division.
