The Management Board of Alior Bank S.A. (the "Bank") hereby informs that today it acknowledged an information on announcement from the Operations Department of the National Depository of Securities (Krajowy Depozyt Papierów Wartościowych S.A.) (the "NDS") informing that on June 28th, 2018, 60,000 ordinary bearer shares of the Bank will be register in the NDS and assigned with an ISIN code "ALIOR00045", in accordance with the decision of the NDS no. 376/2018 of June 14th, 2018, about which the Bank informed in the current report no. 32/2018.

In addition, in reference to the current report no. 41/2018, the Management Board of the Bank announces that the condition for the registration with the NDS of the series D shares on June 28th, 2018, as provided in the resolution no. 650/2018 of the Management Board of the Warsaw Stock Exchange (the "WSE") regarding the admission and introduction, as the ordinary procedure, of the series D shares to trading on the main market of the WSE, was fulfilled.
