Alumast SA is a Poland-based company engaged in the production and supply of comprehensive solutions related to the construction and production of aluminum and fiberglass flagpoles. In addition, the Company supplies flags for flagpoles manufactured using Badische Anilin und Soda Fabrik (BASF) technology. The Company's product portfolio includes flagpoles for display on buildings, sacred flagpoles, lighting conductors, ceremonial flagpoles and telescopic flagpoles, as well as advertising frames, among others. The Company's customers are principally retail, petrol station and fast food chains, as well as state, local government and educational institutions. On March 6, 2014, the Company established new wholly owned subsidiary, Energy Composites Sp z o o engaged in energetics sector.
