MAJOR TRANSACTION

COMPLETION OF THE DISPOSAL

OF THE MOBILE GAME APPS

Reference is made to (i) the announcements of Amax International Holdings Limited (the "Company") dated 5 June 2019, 27 June 2019, 19 July 2019, 13 August 2019 and 2 September 2019 and the circular of the Company dated 17 September 2019 (the "Circular") in relation to, among other things, the Disposal; and (ii) the announcement of the Company dated 10 October 2019 in relation to the poll results of the SGM held on 10 October 2019. Unless defined otherwise, capitalized terms used in this announcement shall have the same meanings as those defined in the Circular.

The Board is pleased to announce that all the conditions precedent under the Agreement have been satisfied and the Disposal was completed on 11 October 2019.
