amaysim Australia Limited (ASX Code: AYS) - Notice under section 708A(5)(e) of the Corporations Act 2001 (Cth)

amaysim has today issued 839,569 ordinary shares (Shares) as part consideration for the acquisition of all issued shares in Australian Broadband Services Pty Ltd (Acquisition) as announced to the market on 23 August 2016. This forms the second tranche of consideration for the Acquisition.

This notice is given by amaysim Australia Limited (AYS) under section 708A(5)(e) of the

Corporations Act 2001 (Cth) (Corporations Act). AYS advises that:

1. AYS has today issued 839,569 ordinary shares without disclosure to investors under Part 6D.2 of the Corporations Act;

2. as at the date of this notice, AYS has complied with:

3. the provisions of Chapter 2M of the Corporations Act as they apply to AYS; and

4. section 674 of the Corporations Act; and

5. as at the date of this notice, there is no 'excluded information' (as that term is defined in sections 708A(7) and 708A(8) of the Corporations Act) to be disclosed under section 708A(6)(e) of the Corporations Act.
