Ambev S.A. will release its fourth quarter 2019 earnings on Thursday, February 27, 2020 before B3 and NYSE open.
On February 12, 2020 Ambev will enter its Quiet Period, which will last until the conference call hosted by Ambev's Senior Management. During this period, Ambev will not comment on matters related to its results in order to ensure greater transparency and fairness in the information provided to the market.
The conference call hosted by Ambev's Senior Management will take place on Thursday, February 27, at 11:00 a.m. US ET.
