Amer Sports Oyj : Wilson Golf Advisory Staff member Gary Woodland wins U.S. Open

Gary Woodland secured his first major championship at the venerable 2019 U.S. OPEN at Pebble Beach.

After making the turn with a two-shot lead, Woodland proved his mental tenacity as he embarked upon his biggest achievement. Using his Staff Model Blades, Woodland's rock-solid iron play led to him being 2^nd overall in greens in regulation.

'It's been a year of learning and progression. To win my first major here at the US Open in Pebble Beach is an unbelievable feeling', said Woodland. 'This course is so tough.
