American Financial Group, Inc. (the "Company") previously announced the resignation of its Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer. On June 23, 2020, the Company appointed Brian S. Hertzman, Vice President since 2014 and Controller since 2012, as its interim principal financial officer and principal accounting officer.
