Third Coast Midstream LLC, formerly American Midstream Partners, LP, is a United States-based company that is engaged in owning, operating, developing and acquiring a portfolio of midstream energy assets. The Company's operates include gas gathering and processing, liquid pipelines, natural gas transportations, and offshore pipelines and services. Its assets include approximately 5,100 miles of onshore and offshore natural gas, crude oil and natural gas liquid (NGL) pipelines, gathering systems, natural gas processing plants, fractionation facilities and a terminal site with approximately three thousand and one million barrels (MMBbls) of above-ground storage capacity.
