AmRest Holdings, SE ('AmRest' or the 'Company'), informs that it is expected that the Company's shares will start trading on the Stock Exchanges of Madrid, Barcelona, Bilbao and Valencia on November 21, once it obtains the required regulatory approval from the Comisión Nacional del Mercado de Valores.
