The move bolsters Apptix's 2015 rollout of expanded products and services to meet the unique needs of mid-market and enterprise-level customers and its blue-chip channel partners.

Joe Cirillo has been named Apptix's Vice President of Product Development and will lead the innovation process by aligning product innovation activities with existing portfolio gaps and new market opportunities. Mr. Cirillo has more than 18 years of progressive experience in technology and consulting. A Microsoft Certified Architect (aka Microsoft Ranger) in Messaging, the highest level of professional certification on Microsoft server products, Joe is just one of three worldwide in the Exchange Server 2003, 2007, and 2010 competencies. He previously served as Apptix's Principal Architect and was a Senior Systems Architect for Horizons Consulting.
Peter Walther has been selected to oversee Product Management. Mr. Walther has more than 20 years of experience in all aspects of business operations, including 10 years at Apptix, most recently as Vice President of Business Operations. Prior to joining Apptix, he spent nine years working in the telecommunications industry for WinStar, XO Communications, and MCI in various roles in both sales to operations. Previously, he spent time working in advertising and retail, focusing on branding and operations.
