Arcosa, Inc. (NYSE: ACA) (“Arcosa” or the “Company”), a provider of infrastructure-related products and solutions, today announced that the 2020 Annual Meeting of Shareholders will now be conducted in a virtual meeting format only, via remote communication. This decision was made in light of the coronavirus outbreak ("COVID-19"), public health concerns, the current state of disaster in Texas and government-recommended and required limits on public gatherings, and to assist in protecting the health and safety of the Company's shareholders and employees.

The meeting will still be held at 8:30 a.m. Central Time on May 5, 2020, but will be conducted in a virtual format only.

Shareholders will not be able to attend the 2020 Annual Meeting in person; however, shareholders of record as of the close of business on March 9, 2020 will be able to participate in the meeting by virtual means, to vote their shares electronically, and to submit their questions through the online platform. Additionally, shareholders will be deemed to be "present" if they access the annual meeting through the online platform, and they will be able to vote their shares at the annual meeting, or revoke or change a previously submitted vote, through the online platform. Those without a control number may attend as guests of the meeting, but they will not have the option to vote or ask questions during the virtual event.
