ASTALDI: DOCUMENTATION RELATED TO COMPOSITION PROCEDURE AVAILABLE

Rome, 7 October 2019 - Astaldi S.p.A. ("Astaldi" or the "Company") informs that it has made available to the general public a dedicated web area for documentation related to the composition procedure. The web area, which can be accessed directly from the Company's website - www.astaldi.com-, regroups in a single virtual area the information to the market, and specifically to the creditors concerned, regarding the composition procedure currently in progress. This documentation will also be available on the authorised storage mechanism www.1info.it

As already disclosed to the market on 5 August 2019, the Court of Rome has issued a decree admitting the Company to the procedure for composition with creditors on a going concern basis. It ruled that the composition plan and proposal submitted by Astaldi - based on the irrevocable offer received from Salini Impregilo - are feasible within the proposed terms and procedures and set the date for the meeting with creditors and relative voting on 6 February 2020.

In order to facilitate maximum disclosure and understanding of the documentation made available, Astaldi has also appointed the company, Morrow Sodali S.p.A. to act as Global Information Agent, providing any clarification needed with regards to legislative and procedural aspects in the run-up to the above meeting.
