ATENOR, IN PARTNERSHIP WITH HRO IS STARTING BUILDING WORK ON BORDS DE SEINE,

RENAMED COM'UNITY, ITS FIRST OFFICE PROJECT IN THE PARIS REGION

Messrs Stéphan Sonneville*, President of the ATENOR Executive Committee, and Philippe Muller (for PHM Partner SAS), Managing Director of ATENOR France, in the presence of Mr Dominique Lesparre, Mayor of Bezons, symbolically laid the "Foundation stone" of the Com'Unity building in Bezons. This symbolic act marks the official start of the works on this 33,808 m² office building with its charismatic architectural design by the prestigious firm Skidmore, Owings and Merrill (SOM), the architects behind the One World Center in New York and Burj Khalifa in Dubaï. For the design of Com'Unity, SOM teamed up with the Paris firm SRA-Architects.

Com'Unity, located at the edge of the T2 tram line, 12 minutes from La Défense and 25 minutes from the Place de l'Etoile, has an exceptional location at the heart of the Nouvelle Seine, a new destination that aims to offer a lively location where people can work in a different way, both near to nature and to an urban fabric of a human scale , but also to Europe's largest business district.

Alberto Pinto, one of the greatest interior design firms, has designed a unique place where wellbeing is fostered by the harmony of its shades and of its noble materials, which combine efficacy with quality of life and also a place where beauty will help rally staff behind a very particular mindset in a unique environment.

Finally, a number of terraces and a magnificent indoor garden of 800 m² will provide the future tenants with a real haven of peace with a broad services offer adapted to their staff's new expectations: an auditorium and its lobby, a cafeteria area, top-of-the range catering, gym...

This building, whose delivery is scheduled in June 2021, has dual BREEAM and HQE 2016 certification.

The laying of the "Foundation stone" symbolises ATENOR's first tangible actions in the Paris Region. Com'Unity has reinforced the geographical diversification of ATENOR's project portfolio, oriented towards the dynamic European capitals undergoing strong economic growth.
