Atlas dd is a Croatia-based travel agency and tour operator. It provides its customers with such services as hotel and private accommodation booking services, transfers and excursions, escorted coach tours, conventions, incentives and events, ship cruises, air and ferry tickets, rent-a-car reservations, sailing boats charter and others. The Company operates a network of branch offices in the following Croatia cities: Dubrovnik, Cavtat, Makarska, Split, Supetar, Opatija, Pula, Rovinj, Porec and Zagreb. It also provides transportation services, cruise handling and corporate events organization services, as well as travel insurance. The Company is the American Express Travel Service Representative to Croatia. As of July 13, 2012, the Company acquired a 5% stake in Atlanic Farmacia doo and holds a 100% stake in this company.
