Avangard OAO specializes in the manufacture of cotton and cotton items, such as furniture-decorative clothes, towels, bed sheets, bedclothes, pillows and many others. The Company operates through five divisions: core manufacture, furniture clothes, terry clothes, bathrobes, light fabric, as well as clothing manufacture. The Company sells its products domestically, mainly in Moscow, Ivanovo, Sverdlovsk, Novosibirsk, Perm and Vladimir regions. As of April 17, 2012, the Company's major shareholder was Agro Trade Blitz OOO, with a stake of 19%.
