Launch of the FIX.SUITE: Automated Connection Services to B3's Trader Fixed Income Electronic Trading Platform

B3 hereby informs you that as part of its permanent enhancements process and meeting demand from the public and private fixed income market it will launch a new service named FIX.SUITE.

FIX.SUITE allows participants' systems in the Cetip UTVM market segment to connect to the Trader fixed income electronic trading platform via Financial

Information eXchange (FIX), version 4.4, protocol.

As of July 13, 2020, participants can contract the FIX.SUITE to connect their certified solutions to the Trader platform and register their trades executed via trading desk for the federal government bond and private securities segments.

Previously, the registration of trades executed via trading desk was only possible through the Trader platform's trading screen.

The FIX.SUITE is available to financial institutions eligible for Trader platform access.

Registration of trades executed via trading desk

This is a Trader platform functionality that allows institutions to formalize trades executed in the OTC market, primarily:

• • to evidence trade execution;

• • to provide the market with real time price transparency;

• • for the private securities segment (debentures, CRI, CRA and CFF): to comply with the regulatory standards defined in CVM/SMI/Letter 095/2013, Cetip Communication 080/2014, Cetip Communication 014/2017 and Cetip Communication 022/2017).

Certification

The certification environment will be provided as of July 13, 2020 so that those who wish to connect to the Trader platform via this new connection can formally test and certify their applications.

Interested parties should contract the FIX certification sessions of the FIX.SUITE and follow the certification process available atwww.b3.com.br,Solutions, Connectivity, FIX.SUITE, How to Certify.

Production

The FIX.SUITE will be available in a production environment as of July 13, 2020. The service will be provided free of charges until December 31, 2020.
