Bank FK Otkrytiye : Svetlana Yemel'yanova Becomes Head of the Operational Unit and Member of the Board of Bank Otkritie

The task facing Svetlana and her team is to redesign the operational unit of Bank Otkritie: on one hand, a high-quality service for business must be maintained, while, on the other hand, processes and functions require optimization with a view to continuous improvement of the efficiency of the operational unit.

Svetlana Yemel'yanova has 20 years of experience in the Russian financial market. Prior to joining Otkritie, she worked at VTB group for over 12 years where she held the positions of Chief Accountant, Deputy Director of the Finance Department of VTB24, and finally Chief Accountant - Head of Accounting and Reporting Department of VTB Bank. In 1998 - 2006, she worked at such financial institutions as Bank Russkiy Standart and AKB Finansbank, working her way up from Teller to Chief Accountant.

Svetlana graduated from Lomonosov Moscow State University with a Major in Physics, and the All-Russian Correspondence Institute of Finance and Economics (currently the Financial University under the Government of the Russian Federation) with a Major in Banking and Finance.
