BBI Buergerliches Brauhaus Immobilien AG is a Germany-based real estate investment holding company operating on the German market. The Company acts as the parent company of the BBI Group. The Company’s principal activity is the acquisition and management of real estate, primarily commercial properties in the consumer goods sector, such as retail centers, specialty retailers and self-service markets. As of December 31, 2011, the Company's real estate portfolio comprised a total of 13 historical objects and 24 retail centers. The historical properties encompass the former properties of Herrnbraeu GmbH & Co KG that were acquired by the Company in 2006. The portfolio's total rentable space amounts to 154,863 square meters as of December 31, 2011. The Company holds also directly a 35.5%-stake in BHB Brauholding Bayern-Mitte AG. As of December 31, 2011, VIB Vermoegen AG held a 91,27%-stake in the Company.
