On December 17, 2019, Oscar Holzmann and Charlie C. Winningham, II notified BBX Capital Corporation (the "Company") of their resignation from the Company's Board of Directors for personal reasons. Mr. Holzmann and Mr. Winningham's resignations are effective as of December 31, 2019.
