Notice of the Completion of Procedures for Issuance of New Shares as Restricted Stock Compensation

Benesse Holdings, Inc. (hereinafter "the Company") has announced the completion of procedures for issuance of new shares of restricted stock as compensation, which the Board of Directors resolved at a meeting held on July 21, 2017. The detail was informed in "Notice Regarding Issuance of New Shares as Restricted Stock Compensation" on July 21, 2017.
