To bring the next generation of leaders on board, the Supervisory Board, as proposed by
Annette Roux, appointed her son Louis-Claude as its Vice-Chairman on March 10th, 2015.
Mrs Roux will continue to chair the Strategic Committee, which Benjamin Bénéteau has just been appointed to and which she would like to continue to oversee in order to successfully complete the changes to the Group's governance structure. As a member of the Supervisory Board, she will also continue to participate in the work carried out by the Board's other committees.
The Bénéteau Group's Supervisory and Management Boards would like to wish Louis-Claude
Roux every success with his new responsibilities.
