Retail bookmaking, except Spain, is centrally operated under Maltese license with local retail businesses acting as independent agencies. Its online and telephone business operates online and telephone betting and gaming facilities to supplement its retail products. As of December 31, 2009, the Company had wholly owned subsidiaries in Gibraltar, United Kingdom, Germany, Spain and Malta, as well as operated a portfolio of 44 own shops in Germany. In October 2014, it sold business operations to Betterbet Sportwetten GmbH.
