Erez Hasdai Appointed Vice President of Economics & Regulation

Tel Aviv, Israel - February 14, 2019 - Bezeq The Israel Telecommunication Corp., Ltd. (TASE: BEZQ), Israel's leading telecommunications provider, today announced the appointment of Erez Hasdai as Vice President of Economics and Regulation. Hasdai replaces Bezeq's outgoing VP Regulation, Sharon Fleischer, who announced her departure two months ago, and in addition he will manage the economic activities of Bezeq Fixed-Line.
Hasdai has worked for Bezeq for 23 years in a range of positions in the Economics and Finance Division, his last position being Head of the Finance and Capital Markets Department. Following the appointment, Dudu Mizrahi, CEO of Bezeq, stated, 'For years Erez has acquired a huge amount of invaluable knowledge and experience, and I am convinced that this experience, together with his in-depth economic understanding, will help Bezeq achieve the ambitious targets it has set itself for the coming years.'
