Bio Pappel S.A.B. de C.V. is a manufacturer of recycled paper products in Mexico and Latin America. The Company operates in two business segments: Paper, which is into production and sale of different kinds of paper for packaging, newspapers and writing paper (in rolls and sheets), and Packages, which is engaged in the production and sale of corrugated boxes, sacks and multilayered bags. The Company's segments are operated through its four subsidiaries: Bio Pappel Packaging, a packaging manufacturer (corrugated boxes and multilayered sacks) in Mexico; Bio Pappel Printing, which manufactures newsprint and white bond paper, serving mainly to the Mexican market; Bio Pappel Kraft, a packaging manufacturer in Mexico, and Bio Pappel International, a paper manufacturer for corrugated boxes. The Company operates over 30 production facilities and 10 recycled fibers collection centers in Mexico, the Southern United States and Colombia.
