The Autorité des Marchés Financiers (AMF) is simply doing its job. It's part of its overall mandate to conduct these reviews. The organization monitors all announcements and movements on markets under its jurisdiction.

With the pressure on Bombardier's stock, preceding and following the release of our financial results on November 8, some had raised doubts about trading that may have occurred in the last months.

In this context, we welcome the review of the AMF and we hope that it will be conducted as quickly as possible. We will fully collaborate with the AMF's review. We have already taken the actions required to suspend any further trading pursuant to the ASDP.

The ASDP was put in place last August, following a process spanning several months. The ASDP is a plan that supports sound governance practices used by publicly traded companies to ensure the orderly disposal, on a predetermined basis, of securities held by management. Trades under the ASDP are completed without any oversight or direct input from participants at the time the trades are effected, the whole in full transparency to the market.

The ASDP was set up last August. This is a mechanism of sound governance, used by public companies to ensure an orderly disposition of assets, in an arm-length manner, free of all influence and in full transparency towards the market.

The AMF had been informed of this initiative and had reviewed its structure before it was put in place.
