Bowleven, the Africa focused oil and gas company traded on AIM, will host a conference call for shareholders at 12.30pm GMT on Wednesday 11 December 2019. Management will discuss the Company's recently announced 2019 Preliminary Results.

Bowleven plc is a United Kingdom-based oil and gas company. The Company is focused on Africa, where it holds a combination of predevelopment and exploration interests in Cameroon. The Company has an approximately 25% non-operated interest in the offshore shallow water Etinde Permit. The Etinde Permit lies in shallow water in the prolific Rio del Rey Basin. The Etinde permit covers an area of approximately 461 square kilometers (km2) (formerly block MLHP-7). The Cameroon operations are managed through its subsidiary, EurOil Ltd.
