Buccaneer Gold Corp. is a Canada-based mineral exploration company. The Company is engaged in the acquisition, exploration and development of gold and other mineral properties. The Company is in the process of conducting exploration on its properties to identify mineral resources. The Company has operations in Canada and Ghana. The Company's properties are in exploration stage. The Company's Massey property consists of six contiguous mining claims containing eight units and covering approximately 130 hectares near Sudbury, Ontario, which is approximately seven kilometers north of Massey, Ontario. The mineral of economic interest in the Massey project is quartz. The Company is evaluating potential opportunities for possible investment or acquisition. The Company has not generated any revenues. Buccaneer Gold (Ghana) Limited is the Company's subsidiary.
