Dear Shareholder,

Election of Means of Receipt and Language of Corporate Communications

Pursuant to Rules 2.07A and 2.07B of the Rules Governing the Listing of Securities on The Stock Exchange of Hong Kong Limited and the Memorandum and Articles of Association of Budweiser Brewing Company APAC Limited (the "Company"), the Company will make the following options for you to elect the means of receipt and the language of future corporate communications of the Company ("Corporate Communications"), which are all documents issued or to be issued by the Company to holders of its securities for their information or action, including (but not limited to) (a) directors' reports and annual accounts together with a copy of the auditors' reports and, where applicable, summary financial reports; (b) interim reports and, where applicable, summary interim reports; (c) notices of meetings; (d) listing documents; (e) circulars; and (f) proxy forms:

1. to read all future Corporate Communications published on the Company's website atwww.budweiserapac.com(the "Website Version") in place of receiving printed copies, and to receive a written notification either by post or by email of the publication of the relevant Corporate Communications on the Company's website; or
2. to receive the printed English version of all future Corporate Communications by mail only; or
3. to receive the printed Chinese version of all future Corporate Communications by mail only; or
4. to receive both the printed English and Chinese versions of all future Corporate Communications by mail.

The Company is making these arrangements to increase efficiency, save costs and protect the environment and accordingly recommends you to elect the Website Version.

To make your election, please mark (X) in the appropriate box on the enclosed reply form (the "Reply Form") and sign and return it by post or by hand to the Company c/o the Company's branch share registrar in Hong Kong, Computershare Hong Kong Investor Services Limited (the "Hong Kong Share Registrar"), at 17M Floor, Hopewell Centre, 183 Queen's Road East, Wanchai, Hong Kong. If you post your Reply Form in Hong Kong, you may use the mailing label in the Reply Form and need not affix a stamp on the envelope when returning your Reply Form. Otherwise, please affix an appropriate postage stamp when posting outside Hong Kong.

If the Company does not receive the Reply Form duly completed and signed by you or a response indicating the objection from you by 14 April 2020 and until you inform the Company c/o the Hong Kong Share Registrar by reasonable prior notice in writing or by email to [e-mail], you will be deemed to have consented to accessing the Website Version of all future Corporate Communications (instead of receiving them in printed form), and a printed notification of the publication of the Corporate Communications on the Company's website will be sent to you at your address as appearing in the Company's register of members maintained by the Hong Kong Share Registrar in the future.

You may at any time by reasonable notice in writing to the Company (sent to the Company c/o the Hong Kong Share Registrar at the above address or by email to [e-mail]) to elect (i) to receive future Corporate Communications in printed form instead of the Website Version (or the Website Version instead of in printed form) and/or (ii) to change the language in which you receive Corporate Communications in printed form. If you have elected (or are deemed to have consented) to receive the Website Version of Corporate Communications but for any reason have difficulty in obtaining access to the Website Version of Corporate Communications, the Company will promptly upon request send Corporate Communications to you in printed form free of charge.

Please note that the English and Chinese versions of all future Corporate Communications will be available (a) in printed form from the Company or the Hong Kong Share Registrar on request; and (b) on the Company's website at www.budweiserapac.comby clicking "Investors" on the home page of the Company's website and the website of The Stock Exchange of Hong Kong Limited at www.hkexnews.hk.
