Bulgarian American Credit Bank : Payment under the BACB Eight Mortgage Bond Issue

In accordance with the terms and conditions under the Eight mortgage bond issue of BACB, ISIN BG2100006142, Exchange code 5BNF, on 25 March 2019 the ninth payment to the bondholders of the mortgage bond was made in total amount of BGN 1,430,097.93 (EUR 731,197.46 under fixed exchange rate of BGN 1.95583 for EUR 1.00), from which BGN 1,369,081 (EUR 700,000 under fixed exchange rate of BGN 1.95583 for EUR 1.00) represent payment on principal and BGN 61,016.93 (EUR 31,197.46 under fixed exchange rate of BGN 1.95583 for EUR 1.00) represent interest payment.

The payment was made through Central Depository AD, pro rata the bondholders registered in the Register of Bondholders as of three days prior to the due date, i.e, on date 20 March 2019.

We notify you that the interest rate applicable for the period from 25 March 2019 till the final due date of the bond issue - 25 September, 2019 including, is calculated at the level of 3.971% /three point nine seven one per cent/ p.a. (Six-month Euribor as at 21 March 2019 equal to -0.229% increased by 4.20%).
